Welcome to ScaleFlow Solutions. By accessing our website or purchasing our services/goods, you agree to the following terms. ScaleFlow Solutions is a Sole Proprietorship firm registered under GST (08DFVPM8274P1Z2) and MSME.

1. Limitation of Liability (For Digital Services)

• No Guarantees: While we use advanced strategies to optimize your ads, ScaleFlow Solutions does not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact number of leads, sales, or ROI). Marketing performance depends on market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
• Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for ad account bans, restrictions, or policy changes by platforms like Meta (Facebook) or Google.

2. Payment Terms

• All invoices for physical goods must be paid upon delivery or as per agreed terms.
• Service retainers (Monthly Fees) are payable 100% in advance at the start of the billing cycle.
• Late payments may attract a penalty of 2% per month.

3. Product Usage (Robotics & Electronics)

ScaleFlow Solutions is a reseller and supplier. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the improper use of electronic or robotics kits. Adult supervision is recommended for students using technical kits.

4. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tonk, Rajasthan.
